Salesforce lead enrichment - Implementation

I would like to enrich all the leads that came in through our signup forms. Right now, we are just collecting 4 fields (name, email, company name and phone number). We don't make the fields mandatory and we don't block any specific data (like gmail / yahoo email IDs).

We are planning on using lead enrichment tools but having difficulties in the implementation. The apex triggers and workflow rules are not working well together.

Can someone please offer suggestions?

What kind of lead enrichment tools are you having trouble with?
I've found, Discoverorg and InsideView implementations were relatively simple, but they can get more complex based on how customized you want them to be. They all have account managers that will help walk you through the implementation as well.
What demographic are your leads? That will affect the type of information available and which vendor to go with.

InsideView is what I am trying out now. I think there is an issue with apex triggers and workflow rules not working well together.
