asked on extract data from first dash in cell
excel 2010 :
What I need:
=IF(ISERROR(FIND("-",B2)),
The following formula will work..but extracts after second - (dash)
I have alphanumeric numbers like..
ape-234-qwe32
ape4-er44-564
I'm looking for
234-qwe32
er44-564
if only one dash exists...still extract data after first dash.
