I've got an issue with an Exchange account which is a bit bizarre... (well for me anyway).
I have a client using Windows SBS 2011 with Exchange 2010
Everyone's email account is fine, except for 2 people.
Their accounts are set up in Outlook 2013, on a terminal server as they work for another company. Some days it's fine, other days it freezes saying it's connecting to Microsoft Exchange and other times it freezes saying 'No Connection'.
I've re-added the account on the terminal server, took off cached exchange mode. Changed the server time out period, etc but still no luck.
Are there any tests I can do to see what's happening and whether it's my server or the terminal server? I'm currently waiting for the other company to call me to see what their set up is.
