I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Where does the data for the chart come from?

Assuming your sheet where you want to add chart is sheet1..then you can use a simple code like this...

    ActiveChart.ChartType = xlPie
    ActiveChart.SetSourceData Source:=Sheets("Sheet1").Range("Sheet1!$A$1:$B$2")
End Sub
