How do I create a menu when you click a rollover text or button and some information on you main area changes. Example is on <a href="http://www.opm.gov" rel="ugc">www.opm.gov</a>&nbsp;(the Federal Employee, HR Practitioners, Job Seekers link area...it's right after the slideshow ) I know it's using CSS and JQuery or JS but I need to know the codes to create this.
