Hi,

You need first to answer some questions, what kind of replication you means? If master-slave, what is the master version and what is the slave?
Anyhow, suppose your replication is master-slave and the master is mysql5.5.38 and the slave is mysql5.5.41.
I can say YES as far as I know because of two things:
1-  The replication is from older version to newer one (This is important), in addition to.
2- The differences is minor 5.5.38, 5.5.41.

BUT, other cases need to be investigated more.

thank you for you response.
Actually, I already set a replication master(mysql 5.5.38) /slave(mysql 5.5.41) and it is working just perfect.
Now, I am setting another slave(mysql  5.5.41) pointing to the same master as above. everything works at the start, then after sometime I find errors either for duplicate records, rows/tables don't exist (error_code:1032,1062). I tried redo everything so many times, but still ending up with the same errors.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Since the issue is resolved, puzzling why you are not updating the mysql to the 5.5.x version on both and be done with it.  what is the underlying OS on your systems? centos/RH?
