Convert Number to Time - SSRS

Hello Experts,

I have a column which is double data type and it represents a time duration.

I need to convert it into h:mm format in an SSRS report.
For example, the following values are converted in Excel into time

Value Double        Time h:mm
0.2820                      6:46
0.2801                      6:43
0.2835                      6:48
0.2894                      6:56
0.2971                      7:07
0.3027                      7:15

Unfortunately, unlike Excel SSRS doesn't allow conversion from Double to Time
