Salesforce SSO with Active Directory

I received an estimate to implement SSO with Salesforce (as the service provider) and Active Directory (as the identity provider).

I have a lot of Salesforce experience and a little bit of Active Directory experience, but I have never implemented SSO so I'm not quite sure of the complexity involved.

The estimate was for 20 hours.  That is for the entire SSO configuration of the Salesforce side and the Active directory side.  (the Active Directory server is already in place with basic ADS.)

Does this seem reasonable?

Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I have personally never done this with SalesForce but i have implemented several SSO with different vendor products. However below is a link for Saleforce which outlines all of the necessary steps to accomplish this using Active Directory.
