If you do not have AAA enabled in your router , check under line vty portion of the commands if there is '' login local '' remove that and use only 'login' command .

configure terminal
line vty 0 15
no login local
login
exit

Login will still require you to login.

Do you want to bypass login or script an automated login?

I don't recommend you bypass login. As you are severely compromising your router security.

You can do "no login" to suppress logon all together in your line config.  Contrary to what the previous poster stated, login will still require a login.
