Windows 8.1 reconnect network share after resume from sleep

Hi Experts,
I have pretty simple setup. The computer (DELL Optiplex 7020) freshly installed with Windows 8.1 x64 and all fresh drivers form DELL website. And the Synology DS1815+ with some disks and latest DSM 5.1.
Also there is an old Windows XP machine connected to the same shared folders.

Everything is running fine until Windows 8.1 machine goes to sleep. After resume from sleep, the Windows 8.1 machine is unable to access networkshare on synology, but in same time Windows XP machine can access to synology.

Internet and other network services are available just after resume from sleep.

The solution is to restart computer - it get working instantly...

Have anybody solved that? What can I try?

Thank you for reply, I will give it a try, but I dont have problém with all the network traffic, only networkshares are not working. It seems like Workstation service is freezed, but Im unable to restart it (it just cant be stopped) - when the computer is resumed from sleep.

Im very very DELL positive (so I am administering many DELLs for my customers each day) and no other computer is doing that, I believe that is Windows error. I need solution, not workaround...

Windows does not cause a problem with suspend, but Dell has caused issues in the past.
