Hi,
I am in process to Migrate Filer & printer Server 2003 to New File & Printer server 2008.
I have used File Server Migration tools to move all folders and Files. it is really good tool but result are not 100%
looking you guys experts help any script and tool that make me easy to transfer all shared folders and files with all NTFS security permission.

You could use robocopy as it is included with the OS. It will copy all the NTFS rights but will not create the shares and set the share permission, that you would have to do manually.
What kind of issues did you have with File Server Migration tool?
