Exchange 2010 Public Folder database is not replicating.

We have two users on two different public folder databases and when they add an item to their shared calendar they are unable to see each other's updates. Replication is set to 15 minutes. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you confirm replica added of the other server to the public calendar folder?
From the PF console if you force replication on that specific folder does that make any difference?
Are other folder being replicated successfully?

Open the Public Folder Management Console, click on the folder parent folder on the left where your calendar is stored. In the right side pan right click the folder and select properties, click the replication tab, and make sure that both public folder database servers are replicating to each other.

You can manually configure replicate so that some folders do not replicate to other servers. This might be the case for your issue.

Did you try manually replicating the content in that folder by right click and update content via pf admin console?

Have you checked the message queues on your servers to see if there are any replication messages not being sent/received?
