I've been using SkyDrive/OneDrive for a few years and never had any syncing problems. Now I've got a black exclamation mark on a yellow triangle on my OneDrive "Documents" folder. I can follow this warning down through my folders to see what's not syncing but I don't seem to be able to fix it. I've tried Microsoft Answer Desk. They told me what to do and said if it didn't fix the problem to do a Clean Boot and gave me a link to instructions on how to do this. I have twice gone through this but at the end when I click OK as instructed I just get the timer and the "Not responding" message in the System Configuration window. Any suggestions please?
