iphone monitoring app for iphone 4s with at&t

Hi, the company that I work at gives all employees a cell phone (most of them are the iPhone 4s, a few are iPhone 5c) and all employees said they are only using the phone for company use. Since I am the I.T. guy I have to find some software that can be installed on the phones to ensure that the iphones are only used for  work related tasks.

I was wondering what people would recommend?  I heard that Highster Mobile Pro Edition is good but before I purchased it I figured I would check on here to see what other people would suggest?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I think you need to define exactly what you are trying to monitor / accomplish.  To define the policy it usually involves a discussion with stakeholders and upper management.  A written policy is developed and employees are made aware of the policy and possible made to agree to it before they can use mobile devices.  Once that policy is developed you can evaluate different Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems to see which meets the needs of the organization.

Two such MDM's to condsider are below:

Likely the first thing to come to mind for most organisation setup is to centrally manage the Apple device whole lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning. MDM and MAM comes into the picture - the latter being to contain the Org Apps while the former manage the device profile lockdown. You like to need more unless you are doing the BYOD use case which likely the MAM makes more senses. Few candidate include the likes of MobileIron, Good technology. Actually there is the Apple Configurator (for smaller setup) that can have lockdown profiles for "work" but it can require more  http://paulciano.org/2014/03/controlling-ios-devices-with-apple-configurator/

..but seems like a Mobile Apps Spy is something you are looking for .. Highster Mobile Pro Edition is one of the candidate. There are also XNSPY , FlexiSpy and Bosspy

http://www.flexispy.com/en/employee-monitoring.htm
http://www.bosspy.com/user/default.aspx

But they can be quite "intrusive" and "100% invisible" and stays hidden as Spy Apps... if that is the intent for managed device issued then do also have a user acceptance signing on the policy stipulated early upon user starting owning and using it as company asset..
