SEWOO LK - T210 Printer can't install and work on Desktop


I am having difficulties in installing a Sewoo printer onto desktop pc.

At first, I hooked the sewoo modle lk-t210 via usb port to my laptop and the printer automatically installed right away. I then pulled the usb cable of the sewoo printer and hook it up via my desktop pc and that did not work. the yellow mark entitled 'USB-Serial Controller D" appears via the device manager. i went to devices and printers to check and there is also a yellow mark there appears 'USB-Serial Controller D".

it seems to be working fine on laptops because i have another laptop (not the first one where the pos always connected to) windows 7 and i hooked up the printer and it was working well. the printer was automatically assigned to com port.

the problem is that it wont hook up via the desktop machine for some weird and annoying reasons.

i contacted sewoo company and they gave me the driver here and what i have attached are the steps i used when installing onto my desktops.

I even update my desktop machine to the latest versions but it still did not fix.

maybe these pos printers does not operates on desktop. what is the solutions?

did you try installing it on another usb port?
also -try first installing the driver - only connect the device when asked for

yes have tried all the four ports. the pc itself is an ex-leashed. i will get a new desktop instead. i have also tried that option "only connect the device when asked for". anyways a new pc will solve the problem.
