CTRL SHIFT B will build everything required
You can use the keyboard shortcute as Eric stated.  You can also right-click on the solution and choose 'Build Solution'.  And finally, you can choose the Build menu and choose 'Build Solution'.Capture.JPGCapture.JPG-saige-
