Uploading Large files in Asp.net

I need to allow uploading large files from users to my asp.net web application.
The way it works is User select one file on the web page and I am calling a Generic handler from Jquery Ajax method to upload this file
Also , I added these in the main web.config file
 <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="512000" executionTimeout="28000" />
<requestLimits maxAllowedContentLength="524288000" />

Things are working fine but, I need find a way so that this increase length of content and request should only apply to my upload related files and folder.

I have one Articles.aspx which has the upload control, a UploadFile.ashx and a folder "Uploads" where the files get stored from clients.

Is there any way by which I can achieve this?
