How to install securely CA into AD

Hi,

i´ve an existing AD with 3 domain servers 2008 R2 and no CA roll installed.

In order to configure ldap ssl to my Brocade San devices, I must configure a CA only for those items no more.

Could I have  problems with my computer/server users?

Any idea?

in a virtual machine create a root CA in another machine create a subordinate CA and request a CERT from the root CA, add this cert to the subordinate CA
