Don't send messages in Outlook Outbox immediate

I recently reinstalled my computer, and forgot where this setting is:
I want to compose a message in MS Outlook 2013, click on Send, and have the message go to the outbox. Then when the scheduled send/receive kicks in (every minute or two) this message will be sent. This will give me time to adjust the message if I realize I made a mistake.

I do not want to use the "delay delivery" feature here.

Thank you.

Open Outlook > Click File > Options >  Advanced

Then under send and receive >  uncheck "Send immediately when connected"

This will stop sending things immediately and require F9 to be pressed to "Send\Receive"

Then click the "Send\Receive" button in the field and configure "Schedule an automatic send/receive" ever [x] Minutes" (Default is 30)

Try this:  Open Outlook, Options, Advanced, Send/Receive section: Uncheck Send Immediately when connected. Then Outlook will not send until you click Send/Receive. Works for me.

Thank you both for your speedy solutions. I forgot to look under "advanced" for this option.
