How do I fix the repeating data in my report?

I created a report and added 20 other reports to it. The report (see attached image) repeates the data over and over again.

How do I fix this?

Your main report is bound to a detail table.  Given what I see, it should not be bound at all.  If it does need to be bound, then you need to change the query to return only a single record for a group.  Then all the subreports would be linked to the main report using the master/child properties.

I really cannot envision a design where this structure would be logical.  Occasionally we have "shadow" tables but they are reserved for history.  In a relational database, all rows would be in the same table and you would use queries to select sets if you wanted to use only part of the data at a time.

I would consider redesigning this report...
Like Pat, I can't see a need for a report with 20 sub reports....(that contain repeating data)

In any event, you cannot "Hide Duplicates" across reports.

Perhaps you could take a moment to tell us abut our data, (post a sample database) and explain the ultimate need here...
Perhaps there is a simpler approach...
