I have some users using Sage act! v16 premium. It is hosted on a standalone server on their domain. They have no issues accessing the data etc... The issue that they are having is that a few users are unable to sync between act and their outlook account. I was able to manually sync each when I first installed. They synced their contacts, calendar entries etc... The main issue is that when they try create an email from act! which opens outlook it does not log it. The same as when they receive an email it doesnt log it to act.
