error on install of exchange 2013 during the prequisite check..

I am getting this following error when trying to install exch 2013 into our environment which also has an exch 2007 server.
I ran all of the prereq installs before starting but I keep getting this error during the install:

The following error was generated when "$error.Clear();
      Install-UceContentFilterConfig -DomainController $RoleDomainController;

" was run: "Active Directory operation failed on The object 'CN=UCE Content Filter,CN=Message Delivery,CN=Global Settings,CN=abc123,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=abc123,DC=com' already exists.".

Delete that object "UceContentFilter"
from ADSIEdit > Configuration > Services > Microsoft Exchange > First Organization > Global Settings > Message Delivery >
should solve your problem.

Have you tried to install Exchange 2013 before in your environment? I would use ADSIEdit to check and see at this location that the object actually exists.

Kiss Sky,
This wont affect the 2007 exchange server will it?

We do not use content filtering on the exchange 2007 server so I am thinking this wont affect the exch 2007 server which is the production exch server right now.
Does anyone else know if this is ok to delete the UCEConytentfilter that Kiss Sky is refering to?
