Limit Access to O365 email by hours?

Is it possible to limit access to Office 365 email (whether OWA or remote Outlook) to a limited set of hours? Such as, allowing an email user to only access their email during their regularly scheduled work hours?

Only if you have AD FS in place, as the user will authenticate against the on-prem AD where you can control Logon hours.
