Web Control label vertical alignment

One of our labels is a bit lengthy and is getting Wrapped inside the <td id="tdBillingMethod">. Chrome is displaying it correctly, however, Internet Explorer is cutting off the words on the second line.

I tried setting the valign property to top and middle, but no luck. Any suggestions?

<tr><td id="tdBillingMethod" runat="server" class="FreeFormControlLayoutCell">
					      <cc1:i1label ID="lblBillingMethod" runat="server"
                               Text="Default Customer’s Billing Method:" CssClass="LabelWithLabel" />
					   </td>
					   <td class="ControlLayoutCell">
					     <cc1:i1dropdownlist ID="cboBillingMethod" runat="server" TabIndex="55"
                               Width="100%"></cc1:i1dropdownlist>
					   </td>
					</tr>

can you show .FreeFormControlLayoutCell css?
If u'r using css3, try box-sizing: content-box; or wrap your labels inside div:
<td...><div...><cc1:...></cc1></div></td>
