Is there a utility that could allow me to make an individual shortcut icon larger than others in the same folder?

I'm trying to make one folder shortcut on desktop much larger than the rest of them but can only find where I can resize them all in one fell swoop. Is there perhaps a utility available to allow me to do this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

According to Microsoft it is not possible.

See http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/resize-individual-desktop-icons/3ff1645b-8c16-4fcd-8233-b0ed03348f9e

However http://rainmeter.net/ might let you do this.  This thread http://www.tested.com/forums/general-discussion/7438-is-it-possible-to-resize-individual-icon-in-window7-desktop/ talks about this subject and gives sample code to use to do this.

If you go this way you'll have to do lots of experimentation to see if it works.

Hi BobArnett,

As per my understanding there is no option for doing  individual shortcut icon larger than others in the same folder.
