Create a Survey

Hello,

Does the SP 2010 standard Survey have
-Logic
-Reports that show who did not answer

Is the functionality good for surveys?

my knowledge of SP is very limited.

Jamie:  Does SP have as one of the answer choices a "free form" type of option for the answers?  Meaning that it is not a Yes/No or True False question.  Can you also add a "comments" section to each question that will show in the report?
Here are the Survey field types you have;

Comments would need to be an extra question.

Thanks Jamie,

Comments can not be made for a particular question?  You need create a completely separate additional question that would I guess state something like "this question is for comments to the previous question".   If no comments then skip the question I imagine but this setup doesn't seem very practical way of making comments to a question.
The Survey lists in SharePoint are not fully featured. I have no hesitation recommending other solutions for this.

You could also consider Excel Surveys if you're on 2013;
