Exchange 2003-to 2010 coexistence

Hi Guys
I am trying to prepare my AD/Domain/Schema 2003 environment before introducing Ex 2010 servers. However, I can't even run the PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions command from the server to start.

I have a single isolated domain with a 2003 DC and a single 2003 Ex Server
I have built a couple of HubCAS servers to OS level only at the moment and a couple of MBX 2010 servers backend.

Which server should I be running the above command on, and where is it running the ..... command against?

Should this command be run on the Ex2003 server, the Server 2003 DC, or one of the new Ex2010 servers, and what software (Setup Files) should be present for this to run.

I get the following message when running the PrepareLegacy CMD:
Please go to the COntrol Panel to install and configure system components...

TechNet has a complete walk-through for this process. You can also use the Exchange Deployment Assistant as well to help you perform the high level steps to ensure that everything is being done in the proper order.

There is no need to run the prep commands separately. You only need to do that in a multiple domain forest. Just run setup.exe and follow the prompts. The setup will do everything for you.
