Computers not listed in RWW "there are no devices available for remote access" - 2012 R2 essentials

I have setup Anywhere access for an SBS 2012 R2 Essentials server.  I can access remote.company.com and all files are accessible.

The problem is that none of the PC's are listed for remote access.  All were connected thru the "connect" command and show up in the dashboard.

How do i give the users remote access to their PCs?

Thank you in advance, on of the company partners is out-of-town and needs access ASAP!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For clarity, the term RWW is long dead for 2012.  Many experts may read RWW during a quick read and assume you are asking a server 2008 question.

But for 2012 (and 2012 R2) Essentials. you must grant a user permissions to log onto a specific machine. That process is documented here:

Thank you!  This is my first 2012.  It is a big change from the 2003-2011 servers I have been setting up for years...  ...I had been in the computer properties but didn't scroll to the right page.

Thank you!

And I'll use Anywhere Access from now on. ;)
