Phone Flipping Resources Needed

I'm looking to explore the phone flipping business a little bit.

Outside of ebay...

Where can people get immediate cash for a broken phone, prior to actually sending it in?
Where can people go to buy 'reliable phones' outright?
Where do repair people who need a quick turnaround go for parts?

Assistance in gathering some resources is greatly appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Phone purchasing services make it easy for you to navigate through the condition and specs of your device and then show what they can pay you for it before you commit to shipping it:

iCracked - https://www.icracked.com/sell

NextWorth - http://www.nextworth.com/

Gazelle - http://www.gazelle.com

There are quite a few reputable sites that sell refurbished phones, which I think is what you are looking for?

Newegg - http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?N=100017203%204016&IsNodeId=1&Submit=ENE

Best Buy - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/electronics/outlet-refurbished-clearance/pcmcat142300050026.c?id=pcmcat142300050026

Cellular Country - http://www.cellularcountry.com/

For parts to repair phones, it’s a little difficult to find parts to fix them. Obviously it is in the company’s best interest to not supply this information easily (they want you to just buy a new one!).

Luckily there is iFixit, who is always trying to be one step ahead of the electronic companies with their repair guides, teardowns, parts and tools (seriously, they are awesome) https://www.ifixit.com/Store

iCracked also has a shop where they sell phone repair kits (only for specific parts) - https://shop.icracked.com/

Hope this helps. If you are going to get into this, it might be wise to join as part of the iFixit or iCracked network to help drive some business your way!
