I am working with small business that needs a contact management database or software. They probably have about 1500 contacts . They would like to have multiple categories associated with each contact. For example, the size of the project for the client, the project manager, the location of the project and .... . They want to be able to do email marketing or get in touch with these contacts. For example, The would like to do get a report of all the contacts in a certain state or contacts with a specific project size and then use for marketing. Something online / cloud would be nice, as long as the price is reasonable. We would want at least a handful of users on it. We don't need a full blown CRM, unless needed. Currently we have office 365 with share point and Exchange online, but was not sure if that had much to offer. Also, almost all the computers are Apple Mac and not PC.
