Outlook 2007 e-mails go out but don't get delivered

My email account is setup correct according to my service provider (in coming and outgoing settings).
 POP3 account.
When I do a "test account settings" it shows as successful.
When I send an email, it shows "send/receive complete" with no error message.
The email goes out and does not get stuck in the outbox.
PROBLEM - emails do not get delivered to the recipient.
 I do receive emails.

I'm finding the problem by googling it but no fixes so far.  I'm going to uninstall Kaspersky now, UGH.

It will be helpful if you mention your email server. e.g. Gmail, Yahoo or Exchange server
Please check if you have an antispam system.
Please contact the recipient and request him to check his antispam.

Try sending an email with "Read receipt" and Delivery receipt" checked

Try to send a test mail from your PC

It's their own domain name hosted through siteserver.net.  50 e-mails have gone out, not one person has received it.  If I go through siteservers webmail then it works but not in Outlook.
There's no anti spam.

I suggest you contact your Siteserver.net email hosting  company.
Explain them regarding the same, They would be able to provide you a quick solution.

Please let us know if they also can't solve the problem.

I made two changes in account settings at the same time and after a couple minutes it started working...

I had a type'o for the e-mail address but this was only under USER INFORMATION so it should not of made a difference.  Under LOGIN INFORMATION the correct spelling of the e-mail address was already there.

Under OUTGOING SERVER settings I manually input the username and password which are exactly the same as the incoming. All other e-mails at this domain use the USE SAME SETTINGS AS MY INCOMING MAIL SERVER option.  Always have and still do.

So, none of the two mentioned changes above make any sense at all but right after making both changes it started working and has ever since.  Maybe it was a coincidence and it would have started working anyway.

Thank you all!  :-)
