Migration of Exchange 2007 server

Hi Experts,

I have two different Exchange Server 2007 in two different networks.
Both servers have also 2 different MX records.

Now I want to migrate one exchange server to my main exchange server.
Can I have 2 email domains on one server ?
How to handle with the second MX record ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You just add new accepted domain (domain2.com) to the main Exchange server and change the IP of A record in external DNS which points to the main Exchange server IP.

Current Scenario
Main Exchange server                                  IP                                         MX
                                                                    91.140.232.222                  mail.domain1.com

Second Exchange server                    91.140.232.225                  mail.domain2.com

Scenario After changing MX
Main Exchange server                                  IP                                         MX
                                                                    91.140.232.222                  mail.domain1.com
                                                                    91.140.232.222                  mail.domain2.com

if it is different forest you will have to create all the users in the main Exchange server.
