Detecting and deleting duplicate files on a file server.

I have a server with a lot of large files, with a lot of duplicates in different folders that I need to delete. I purchased Easy Duplicate Finder. It detects the files well, but won’t delete read-only files. By default most of these files are Auto Cad drawings that by default are read-only.
Is there a program out there that will do this? Or, is there a way to remove the read-only from the files without having to touch each one separately?
Thanks in advance!

Are you certain the files just have the read-only attribute set? Or, are they protected via NTFS rights?

Assuming its just the read-only attribute set... If Easy Duplicate Finder can export the results to a .txt file? If so, you could make a DOS/CMD .bat to delete the read-only files.
The Read Only attribute can be removed as well which, should allow your program to remove the duplicates.
