Should I use MVC or web form for a responsive web application project?

Hi, I will be using VS Ultimate 2013.
Brief description for this application. This will be an extranet web application. Windows authentication will be used. I have a new project where i need a grid. Data will be pulled from MSSQL. The 1st 2 columns will have text pulled from the database. The 3rd column will display a date from the database. when user clicks to edit each entry, they will be taken to a web page with a form filled with data, form MSSQL. User can also create and submit new entry by filling out a new form.

It's seems that using GridView control would be easy enough but I don't think it's responsive. So, should I do this in MVC or still stick with web form but using only HTML? I think either way I would BootStrap framework. Welcome any input here, thank you.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
