exchange 2010 self cert renewal

Hi. I renewed my self signed exchange certificate for 2010 but the users are still getting a pop up referring to the old expired certificate in outlook. Is there something else I need to do to make this work?

ok. i'm doing that as well. it just pending at them moment. so that should take care of it then?

You may try using certificate manager to remove the expired cert from the affected machines and see if that alleviates the problem. (Use an administrator account)

Try a single machine before doing any kind of mass removal.

I know this is necessary sometimes when you get a certificate error for a website you know has an updated cert because the expired cert somehow prevents the updated cert from being installed.
