Dell open manage install

I downloaded dell open manage essentials to install on a 2008R2 server. I ran through all pre req's however it fails on the last one which is This system does not have SQL Native Client installed. Click here to install SQL Native Client. When I click it looks like its about to install but then sends me back to the original pre req page. I can't seem to download this on its own.
I'm also wondering before I go down the route of installing open manage essentials is there an easier tool to check the raid on a power edge server.

SQL Native Clients have several versions. Which SQL Server version is installed?

If 2008, use this link (Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 3 Feature Pack download):
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=27596
Then select one of the sqlncli.msi packages (either 32 or 64 bits, depends on your SQL server installation).

If you have SQL 2012 or higher, use this link (Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Feature Pack downloads):
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=29065
Click the + sign before Install Instructions, browse once again to sqlncli.msi, and once again, choose either 32 or 64 bits.

You have installed it manually now, and the prereqs should see it and skip this.
