Replace a SAN presented SQL Shared Disk

I have a 2 Node SQL Cluster,  the Storage is presented from one San (Nexan),   we want all VMS and storage to run off of a newer Nexan.  All of the other VMS have been migrated over to the new SAN however i am concerned the shared volumes that have a SQL Clustered resource installed against them with need to be handled in a different way.

Would i simply need to build new or is there a way of migrating the SQL 2012 Instance from one SAN to another with out breaking the cluster or re-installing.

SQL Server works with drive letters so if you manage to keep the same drive letters and file locations you just need to stop SQL Server before the storage migration and start it again after the work end. If everything is still in the expected location, SQL Server won't complain and will keep working as nothing happened.
