Invisible folders in Zimbra
I have a customer using Zimbra 7.2.5 and as he checks his emails, he can see his folders consistently in Google Chrome & Firefox but not IE version 10. We know IE version 11 won’t work with this. There are obviously local software issues to check and I would like to have a more pinpointed area to start checking in order to save time.

May be it is time to upgrade Zimbra? I have no problems with Zimbra 8.5.1 and IE 11.

OK. Thanks, I'll check for possible Zimbra upgrades to version 8 and also HTML mode over advanced Ajax.

I checked Zimbra settings and need help on switching to HTML mode instead of advanced AJax to see the folders.
