"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

"Exception code: 0xc0000005" usually refers to an Access Denied message.

I would look into what page was hit (http logs) at the time of this error.  From there you may be able to determine what that page was trying to do.

I would read thru the OAM 10g troubleshooting guide here:

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E15217_01/doc.1014/e12493/trouble.htm#CHDDIFEB

Especially read section E.5
