Internet Explorer behavior (cursor jumps to address bar IE 10 )

I have an issue with some of my users going to the web application using internet explorer (v 10). The site opens for them but when they try and type in text boxes the cursor moves to the url box. I have no idea what is happening. It is a standard ASP.Net website with c# code behind and a SQL Server database backend. It is on Windows Server 2008. The site is PKI enabled. I have a group of users in one location reporting this issue, and it prevents them from filling out forms or using the site at all. No other users have reported it, and I have not experienced it at all. I have users with various versions of IE, but I have not seen this before. I do not know where to start really. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try another mouse.
Does the problem still happen?

If this is something new, run a System Restore to an earlier date when the problem did not occur.

The site had to be added to the trusted sites for each users computer. Tried the mouse and keyboard with new ones before stumbling onto this. Thanks for the help.
