I assume the other VM's that still have network connectivity are on the same host, correct?

Have you checked the VM settings of the host, to ensure that the network adapter is connected to the correct virtual switch?
Check the NIC settings of the card in Hyper-V Manager. Is it using the correct virtual switch?

I checked the nic Settings they all are the same. i use the virtual Switch like other vm's. i also migrated to the other Server in the Cluster.
Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

i also have 12025 and 12027 Event, but i think this is beacuse the missing Internet Connection. am i right ?
Hmmm... You say that the Switch is correct, that you can't ping the gateway and that there is no Internet connection. Have you checked the subnet settings? Can you ping another PC on the same subnet?
