Kaspersky anti virus

I just started using Kaspersky anti virus for my domain. i am currently have a problem with deployment. The agent for Kaspersky will install but will not run as long a Netop vision agent is on the machine. Netop Vision is a desktop monitoring software that teachers use to monitor student desktops while in class. i need both agents on the machine but can figure out what the conflict is. if i uninstall the vision agent, reboot the machine the Kaspersky agent service start and runs. If i install the vision agent after the Kaspersky agent is up and running and then reboot the machine the vision agent loads and Kaspersky agent doesn't. It like what every is happening the vision agent takes priority.
