I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Copy of file with word 2010 with marks
The text and layout of this document are implemented as a single picture covering the whole page.

You have some choices:

1) Get the picture into a graphics package and modify it there. The unwanted text could be blanked out, but closing the line up to fill in the space would be problematic.

2) Use an OCR package to pull out the text. The package would find difficulty with the mix of Latin and Cyrillic text as well as the header and written signature.

3) Ask the source for the original digital file.

4) Recreate manually. This would require clipping out the logo and the signature and inserting as pictures on to the text document.
