I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is the required directory there?  No such directory for my Adobe Acrobat Standard V11 install.

What drive did you install Adobe to?

Try a full and complete uninstall of Adobe, make sure Reader is NOT installed (or uninstall it), and then restart and reinstall Adobe Acrobat X.

Make sure first that Windows is completely up to date.

I double checked my folders and in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\AMT\AAM I do not have an AdobeID folder.

When you have uninstalled Adobe, restart and remove the whole tree C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\
