Upgrade Cisco Unity Connection 8.6 to 10.5

Hi there,
My current Cisco Unity Connection server is installed on a virtualized platform. I am planning an upgrade from CUC 8.6 to 10.5. Now with 10.5, Cisco Prime Licensing Manager is automatically installed on the same VM as CUC. Do I need to go back and revisit the VM specs (vDISK, vRAM, # of vCPUs, etc. ) to cater for this additional PLM server. Existing VM Specs cater for Unity Connection just fine but not sure what additional things need to be taken into account for having this PLM server co-resident with Unity ?
