Slider Widget to put input into a Table

Greetings EE Pros,

I have a table that needs to be updated with input from a user.  I'm trying to get a "slider" to automatically increase or decrease the number when the cursor is over the cell and the slider is used.  Can you show me how to program that?  Sample attached.

Much thanks in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

why dont you use Scroll Bar instead of slider. both of them can achive the same thing.  scroll bar is easy and no need for VBA.  but if you insist on slider then see the attached example
also example in scroll bar
