Trying to find answer to "missing plugin" comming up on Samsung smart tv.

Most TV's are indeed not "meant" to be fully fledged PC browser equivalents with plug-in options etc etc.
You'll have to live with the fact that web pages sometimes display differently (or not at all), that it's slower than a PC, and that easy navigation is almost non-existent.

Open the option Download, then select download the plugin.
