Email addresses not included with contact sync between ACT v16 and Outlook 2013

When I sync to Outlook all the contact info is there except for the email addresses, which of course is essential in Outlook for sending emails.      I don't see a way to configure ACT! to ensure the email addresses are included.     Suggestions for a fix?

BTW: There's no need to sync for this - the Act! database can be set as an Outlook address book. Much better option
