I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please look in C:\Windows\Minidump and see if there are any recent DMP files and if so please post the DMP files.

You need the information in the dump file to see what caused the blue screen.

Could be faulty RAM or a bad driver amongst other possibilities.
I use WhoCrashed (http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed) to analyse a BSOD. It sometimes points you directly to the problem driver.
You could also try doing a System Restore to a point prior to when the BSOD's started.

Stop 0x50 "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA", and always a result of a faulty driver. Details require the Minidump, as said above.
