Firefox and chrome. When you hover first time it works but when you trying hovering again I am having a hard time making the sub menu stay up for a longer time

I even added delay but its pretty bizarre that when you hover over and move the mouse the sub menu won't stay on. I am open to using other drop down menus as long as they work in all devices.<br />

I created a simple dropdown superfish menu but the problem is when I hover over the parent menu the sub menu wont stay long enough to to select the sub menu items. here is my test page is<br />
