Firefox and chrome. When you hover first time it works but when you trying hovering again I am having a hard time making the sub menu stay up for a longer time

I even added delay but its pretty bizarre that when you hover over and move the mouse the sub menu won't stay on. I am open to using other drop down menus as long as they work in all devices.

Thanks again

Common problem. You have a pixel of space between your parent
and the child
. When your mouse crosses that pixel of space, it is off the
so no longer hovering, the sub menu closes.

Menu.css, line 94 shows the top margin at -9px. Make it -10px and the problem goes away.
#drop-down-menu li ul {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #ffffff;
    border: 1px solid #c6c6c6;
    margin: -10px 0 0;
    padding: 5px 5px 5px 0;
}
